Billing, clients, portal access and administration

Manage client contacts, subcontractor access, billing and trials, spreadsheet imports, appearance and audit history.

Workspace admins for management actions. Portal users see the project information made available to them.

Clients and additional contacts

Open Management, then Clients. Add the organisation and primary contact. Use Additional people for each additional name, email, phone and job title. The workspace sends portal invitations where the plan allows them.

Use the portal access controls and expiry fields to change access. Editing a job title changes the contact record.

Subcontractors and portal

Open Subcontractors to manage organisations, invitations and project access. Portal users open their projects or portal home to find the snags, permits or documents they have been given access to.

Review both the organisation's access and the project link if records are missing.

Billing and cardless trial codes

In Administration, open Billing and select a package. If staff issued you a trial code, enter it under Start without a card. After activation, Billing shows when your 30-day trial ends. Add a payment method before the end if you want the subscription to continue.

System super-admins can use Issue a cardless trial code in Billing and copy the generated code. Codes are case-sensitive and specific to a single trial. If a checkout was interrupted, use the same workspace and code.

Spreadsheet imports

Open Spreadsheet imports, choose the record type and use the matching template. Review validation errors before committing the import.

Fix the indicated rows in the source file and re-upload the corrected spreadsheet.

Appearance and audit logs

Open Appearance to change display preferences. Use Audit Logs to review changes and identify the relevant user, record or time range when investigating an issue.

Check that you are in the correct company if expected audit events are missing.

Support

Open Support for help and include the affected module, company, project and steps to reproduce the issue.

Share the error text and when it happened so support can trace it.
